Payment terms
a. Domestic customers
All shipments are managed through USPS (regular mail). For other arrangements, please contact the seller for payments for a shipping quote. COD shipments should be paid by certified check (cashier’s check) or company check with credit references provided.
b. International costumers
Payment is due in US dollars by advance payment, electronics funds transfer (EFT) or credit card, covering merchandise and any prepaid freight charges that may apply.
Irrevocable letters of credit are accepted with a minimum order of $10,000 US dollars. Letters of credit must be: Payable to H2One Inc. Stipulated payment is based on the site of shipping papers. State all charges to be applied to buyer’s account. State F.O.B. point is ex-factory. Payment is due within (30) days of invoice with prior credit approval
Shipment
All shipment costs are ex-works factory.

Transportation
Claims for goods damaged during shipment or missing parts must be made by costumer directly with the freight carrier.
Returns
All returns must be approved by EcoSpectrum Technologies Corp., and a Return Goods Authorization form (RGA) must be issued. A restocking fee of 15% of the total order value will be assessed. Once an RGA is issued, merchandise will be returned to Eco Spectrum Technologies Corp., at cutomer's expense.
Limited Warranty
Most H2OnePure products come with a limited warranty covering materials and workmanship for two years. Please feel free to contact us for more information regarding coverage.
Clarification
The terms and conditions described above supersede any previously written terms and conditions described in the Company's policies. Any changes made to our terms and conditions must be authorized in writing by Eco Spectrum Technologies Corporation.
